Who are we looking for:
Siiami is looking for an energetic and motivated employee for the position of Customer Service Manager. Siiami is a company providing accounting and legal services for businesses, as well as legalization services for foreigners in Poland. We currently have over 2,000 clients in the field of accounting services and over 1,000 clients in the field of legalization.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries (communicators, emails, phones);
- Working in the CRM system and reporting;
- Signing contracts with customers;
- Invoicing and payment control.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level;
- Education in accounting and/or economics will be a significant plus;
- High communication skills, competent speaking;
- Energy and creativity, sense of humor.
