The following data may be processed: full name, email address, and phone number.
Source of the Data
Your personal data was obtained by the Controller from publicly available sources, including online databases, classified ad websites, and corporate websites.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed in order to obtain your consent to receive offers and information about SIIAMI’s products and services, as well as for business communication purposes.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Articles 398 and 400 of the Act of 12 July 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1221) – the Electronic Communications Law (PKE).
Data Retention Period
Your data will be processed for a period of 365 days from the date you received this notice or until you withdraw your consent to the use of your data for marketing purposes. Once the processing is completed, the data will be deleted.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to entities with a legal right to access it (e.g. law enforcement or regulatory bodies). Additionally, it may be shared with third-party organizations that provide us with support and development services, including:

Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area
The Controller does not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Automated Processing and Profiling
Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making that may produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the cessation of such use, if the data is being processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest.
In the event of any dispute regarding personal data processing, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for business communication with the Controller and, upon consent, for sending you commercial offers.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 22¹ § 1 of the Polish Labor Code in connection with Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: “GDPR“ (Polish: “RODO”), for the purpose of conducting recruitment for the given position. Therefore, providing your data is voluntary, but failure to do so will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process.
Your personal data other than those mentioned above may be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR—based on the consent granted—solely for the purpose of conducting recruitment for the given position, and in the event of your additional consent, also for the purpose of future recruitments conducted by the Company.
The Controller may disclose your personal data to service providers rendering services to the Company, including IT, HR, and legal services.
Your personal data will be processed only for the period necessary for the purposes of the recruitment process, but no longer than six months from the date of submitting the application, after which they will be permanently deleted, unless you consent to participate in future recruitments. In such case, your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct subsequent recruitments, but no longer than for a period of 1 year.
Within the limits specified by law, you have the right to access and rectify your data, request its erasure, restrict its processing, object to its processing, withdraw your consent to processing, transfer the data provided by you, and lodge a complaint with the personal data protection supervisory authority.
Please include the following consent clause in your application:
“By applying, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in this application by SIIAMI Sp. z o.o. for recruitment purposes. I declare that I have been informed of my right to access the content of my data and to correct it, to withdraw my consent to its processing at any time, and that providing this data was voluntary. At the same time, I declare that providing data beyond the scope specified in the Labor Code and other applicable acts is voluntary and beneficial to me.”
If you also consent to the processing of your personal data after the end of the current recruitment process for future recruitment purposes, please provide a second consent clause with the following wording:
“By applying, I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in this application by SIIAMI Sp. z o.o. for future recruitment processes. I declare that I have been informed of my right to access the content of my data and to correct it, to withdraw my consent to its processing at any time, and that providing this data was voluntary. At the same time, I declare that providing data beyond the scope specified in the Labor Code and other applicable acts is voluntary and beneficial to me.”
