Sales Specialist

Why are we opening this position?

We are looking to expand our business to the Polish market of companies managed by Poles. We are looking for a Polish-speaking specialist to help us achieve this goal.

Scope of responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales strategies for new and existing customers.
Conducting telephone conversations and presentations for potential customers.
Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts.
Maintaining relationships with customers and monitoring the market and competition.

Requirements:

Computer skills, including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
Energy, high level of empathy, cordiality, and self-confidence.
Willingness to learn, develop, and strive to be the best in your results.
Ability to work according to a script while listening and understanding the needs of the customer.
Experience in telephone sales.
Experience in accounting, finance, or B2B sales will be an additional asset.
Basic knowledge of Russian (A1-A2) will also be considered an asset.
